ICC Champions Trophy 2017: All team squads
Champions Trophy schedule 2017 begins in June 2017 when top eight teams (as per ICC Rankings) meet in England for the knockout tournament during the two week period where each team play the other team in the group at least one time. The eight teams will be divided into two groups, Group A and Group B and each team plays at least 3 teams beside the warm-up round that usually consists of a total of 5-6 matches in total. The tournament is scheduled to be played from 1st June 2017 till 19th of June but the detailed fixture is yet to be announced by the ICC. A total of 8 teams including Australia, India, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka, England, Bangladesh, and Pakistan will participate. Bangladesh replaces West Indies while there is still no place for the associate teams in this year Champions Trophy edition.

ICC Champions Trophy 2017: All team squads- The teams have begin gearing up for the mega event or mini world cup – Champions Trophy that will be played in England this year. The tournament which set to start at The Oval on June 1 with England taking on Bangladesh. The first team to announce their squad for this eventful tournament is South Africa, who were the also the winner of its inaugural edition in 1998. This is the only ICC Trophy they have won in the history of cricket. The tournament was last played in 2013 and England were the hosts then too. India beat England to win the trophy and will enter the competition as the defending champions.

The teams have begun announcing their squads with Bangladesh and Australia too joining South Africa in doing so. The biggest setback this year is the absence of West Indies, a side that has 2 ODI World Cups, 2 World T20 titles and a Champions Trophy to their name. The star-studded West Indies failed to qualify for the 2017 edition as they were not among the top eight ODI teams as per ICC rankings on September 30, 2015, paving the way for Bangladesh’s entry.
In addition, England host this tournament for the third time, no other country has even hosted it twice. Let us have a look at the squads:
